(contracts, council tax transfer, utility companies).

• Tenancy Agreement
• Notice to Quit (Tenant)
• Full Inventory which tenants sign
• Deposit
• Rent Collection
• Four and Six month inspection visit with full written report to yourself
• Change of utility companies and council tax
• Arranging of EPC reports (if required at extra cost)
